Default ID?

I attach a few photos of recent accidental acquisitions. Bought as a "box of badges", some of which I was interested in. However, some bits are defying ID. Grateful for any assistance
Photo 1 shows 3 Air Force badges. I'm presuming two are Russian(ish?) The first is: Russian Air Force, FLIGHT RESEARCH INSTITUTE GROMOV (L.I.I.), EVALUATION SECTION No. 1. SUKHOI DESIGNS
with the second one being a beautiful example of embroidery, Russian star, possibly officers something? STILL TO BE IDENTIFIED
and 1 Spanish, but black on red with crossed rifles rather than a propellorSpanish, Aviation Branch, Security Defence and Support badge?
Photo 2 shows a superb bullion sailors badge (Chief Petty Officer US Navy)with a central device that looks like a valve? What?Utilities Man When?
A miniature medal? A copy of the Naval Gold Medal 1795-1815 miniature (only 2 originals known)
A Radio operators badge?German navy Signals enlisted man's career specialist trade badge.World War Two Kriegsmarine badge, gold cotton on round navy blue backing.
A cap badge with "2nd VOLUNTEER BATTn" scroll on top of a Bedfordshire Regiment cap badge. Photos 3 & 4 show it in more detail, front and back. Is it what it purports to be? STILL TO BE CONFIRMED - may be a fake? Possibly anybody?

The Spanish badge is shown here
http://www.coleccionesmilitares.com/...ire/rokeam.htm

The first badge might be Ukrainian from the colours.
The USN is for a "Utilities Man" see
http://www.public.navy.mil/bupers-np...ages/4221.aspx
The lightning badge looks like a copy of a German Kriegsmarine badge for a signaller.
Can you post a close up of the miniature medal Obverse and reverse.

See below. Looks like an Angel (Victory?) putting a wreath on the head of a figure - Britannia?
The reverse shows a plain wreath. All in a gold colour.

Thanks for answers so far.

The first cloth badge is USSR;
FLIGHT RESEARCH INSTITUTE GROMOV (L.I.I.), EVALUATION SECTION No. 1. SUKHOI DESIGNS

Marc

I think your Radio Ops badge is more likely to be East German, than WW2.

The ribbon and the obverse represent the Navy Gold Medal of 1793 - 1815. It was never worn as a miniature and yours is just a representative copy. Pics on google show it as sold by Monstermedals.com however it is not shown on their present website. The sparks badge is the same as that worn by the DDR Navy but all the pics of theirs shows it as embroidered in red and not yellow.
