Possibly a Dragoon regiment? Can't be more specific, though I'm afraid.

Judging by their ages and lack of medals I would say a YC or IY group depending on the photo date.

But definitely not RWY as the poster of the photograph has suggested because the picture was taken in Trowbridge.

I think they could be Montgomeryshire Yeomanry. Red tunics, blue cuffs, blue collars, Austrian knots and white plumes all point that way to me.
