Default SWB check?

Just wondering if someone can solve a small puzzle. Covid has caused me to got through a few "forgotten" stashes and I've found a few SWBs that I must have picked up as a lot way back.

Most are just run of the mill infantry regiments but a couple have me perplexed, especially this one:

167014

It would appear to match an "M. Anscombe" and the options are:

Mark Anscombe or Minnie Anscombe

However neither MIC card has a reference to a corresponding SWB list.

This is just for my own peace of mind, so who can solve this question?
