Which makes it more likely than 1911.... From memory, the 1911 series is all LC letters... david

Default silver leeds rifles badge.

good evening gents,
well here goes i have tried again to photograph the hallmarked area this time i put it up on the big screem of my dell never used this year desktop [i only ever seem to use my laptop] but the clarity on the large screen is excellent i hope they are better for you guys who are doing your very best to help me , thank you for your time helping me it is very kind of you. andy.

hi j, had a look and it shows 3 items from l to r ancher,/ lion,/ m.
i should really have done that in the first place ,i just thought it would be better with a photo. by the way the m looks like this one [ M ]

Default LEEDS RIFLES OFFICERS

A nice worn example with the bonus of it being halmarked, you probably got it for a bit less than the last one I got from Bosleys auctions - Well done.
