Default Durham Volunteers

Hi All,

after purchasing this 2nd V.B. DLI badge(Maltese cross type), I am a bit confused. Can anyone tell me the time frame this badge was worn and was it worn before or after the strung bugle type(photo 2) ?

Cheers in advance,

Mark

I think it's officer's only.
When the 2nd VB became the 6th TF battalion, the officer's continued to wear this pattern, other ranks' wore the bugle with scroll.

The TF badge is K&K 1747.
Neil.

I wonder if it is an officer's busby badge !?

(though I know a similar Offr VB busby badge but the crown is separate and worn above the cross.)
