I believe the Tiger patches are private purchase items relating to the PWRR, not sure what the numbers represent though.

The numbers are the battalions. 1nd 2 being the regulars and the AR being 3 and 4.

The lion on saltire (second row down) looks like a sports badge worn by soldiers of the Scottish Division Depot, Glencorse and predates the formation of the Royal Regiment of Scotland. Note the length of the Lion's tail compared with the SCOTS TRFs on the first row.
