Post Just arrived

I have joined this forum to hopefully get a knowledge of a few of the 600 or so Military Badges I have inherited from my father who began collectong in 1940. I have some which I cannot find in books or on the net so over a period I will be asking for a lot of help for the knowledge bank on here. Please stay with me on this as I am very new. ans as yet do not understand some of the abbreviations.

Welcome to the forum gg. You may need to try taking some close up photo’s of some of the badges and include them with your questions. Good luck, I’m sure many members will be eagerly awaiting to see what is forthcoming from you.and you couldn’t have picked a better place to start. D.J.

Ok , thsnkd for the tips, the back may be difficult as they are wall mounted. I cannot see an attachement icon to post photos, I have one badge which is really giving me some trouble and very rare from what I remember my Dad saying , a large Irish Guards one.
Thank you again

Hi gg. Ref posting pics.
Rather than me trying to explain and just confusing you
Look at top of page, FAQs
You will find all you need to know.
Look forward to seeing your pics.
