Default Sherwood Yeomanry - don't all rush!

I know there is a premium for "sealed pattern" cards and depending on the rarity of the badge determines the premium - but this is just nuts! There are 10 other A/A Sherwood Yeomanry badges on ebay at the moment average price £10 - I'm thinking £30>£50 if he's lucky ??

Definitely a dream. It's not even the rare badge. That's the later pattern that was used until a few years ago. It's a £6 badge . Sealed pattern £10 - £15 maximum.

Blimey. I dread to think what he would charge if it was a Master Pattern example instead of the more common Standard Pattern item.

I think I upset him by making an offer of £9.99 - he replied with counter offer of £998 and some foul language which, no doubt, ebay will smack his wrist for..

Lol I've offered him £8.

I did notice on my search that there were a few pairs of the new collars on there. The regiment have gone back to wearing the strap badge instead of the circlet. Frosted silver plate.

I had contacted the seller earlier as I like to collect pattern cards to maybe advise him on his decimal point placing ! to be told that the card is the only original one used to make all the badges from so hence the cost
