Sofmilitary reputable and legit?

Hello,

I've got my eye on something from https://sofmilitary.co.uk , and I'm wondering what people who have used the site think. I did a quick Google search, and a lot of people say they often send the wrong thing. For those of you who have ordered from there before: were they good? I'm not sure whether I should just give them a shot, seeming as it's the only thing in my size for a reasonable price.

I bought a few bits from SOF a few years back, and never had a problem. Mind you that was a few years ago, so no idea whether their customer service has become sloppy recently. All I can say is give them a go, especially if they are the only ones who have what you want? Cheers. Good luck.

You don't say what you are planning to buy but the serious living history groups will not let their members buy uniform items from SoF.

Thanks you two. I guess the fact that living history groups don't like them is not a good indicator. I might just hold back until something pops up elsewhere. Or I could get it a size bigger and 'grow into it'. I'll see what I think in a few days time, and if there is nothing else I might just go for it.

I've bought from SOF from both online and in their shop, they are reputable, however, some of their reproductions can be pricey and not upto the standard of some other vendors... saying that they do sell some good stuff and I've never had a problem. I got my wartime camo tanksuit from their shop for a steal.

One came up somewhere else, so I bought it from there instead. But some of their things for sale are quite cheap. It was surplus, not repro, which means that the quality would've been good anyway.

I will definitely check out the buy and sell section soon, but now the things I need are quite common so maybe in a few weeks time.
