Default Help with this Royal Tank Regiment badge please.

Can anyone help with this one?
Firmin marked Royal Tank Regiment cap badge, is it an Officer's badge or a new metal type badge?
Thanks Tony.

Hi Tony, the only badge that I have which is very similar to yours is very shiny anodised with S&W Ltd on the reverse. Don't know if this helps, Mike
