Free Norwegians OR's cap badge

I picked up this wm King Haakon 7 cap badge recently, 43x43mm. It is a very nice detailed badge but it has weird wm L-shaped lugs, also the entire back is coated with solder. Any thoughts? Could it be a post-war made badge?
