Default CANUSPA Badge

I have no proof but I believe this to be a badge for the Canadian and United States Parents Association.

During the Second World War quite a few British children were evacuated to Canada and the US and I believe the Association was formed to keep them in touch.

Any further details welcome!

Quite possibly. My own father was evacuated to the US as a 'Kodakid'. There were parents organisations as noted although I dont know the name specifically, and it makes sense as it features the UK flag, the US flag and the wartime era Canadian flag.
