Unlikely to be French with a crown. I would have thought it was Spanish.

Hanovarian I think? The British Royal Shield with an "inescutcheon of pretence"(?) of Hanoverian Arms.

I have seen it listed as: Hannover, Königshaus, Dienerschaft.
