Default Ramstein Air base Nato medal?

Hi guys , its been a little while . Hope all are well in with everything thats going on. I wonder if I could seek help with this medal , It is for the Ramstein air base and I think Nato. Is it a commemorative medal for the flugtag ( flight day )? Has french coloured ribbon. I kind of know what it is but cant find any further info to really confirm what it actually is?

Thanks for looking and further thanks for any help offered , I say this on most posts to avoid offending anybody - I trade badges / medals rather than collect. I hope this is ok .
