‘Wee Andie wi’ his bed boards’
A pair of chromed Saint Andrew with his cross collar badges each with two loops.
Possibly Churchill 1164 as “recorded with a chrome finish and these were worn by the Band of the Black Watch on their white drill uniforms in Palestine in the 1930s”. Of course they could have been used by a civilian Pipe Band. Tim

There is no way to know if these were worn by the regiment or civilians. The pipe band I was in back in the 70s wore these as well as WM versions.
I also believe these chrome versions were likely worn by the regiment into recent times as well. CB
