Default Two collar badges

Hi,
I think the lion is Belgian? Circa WW2?
No idea on the coat of arms one.
Can anyone assist.

The Coat of Arms is from the City of Sheffield.

Its from Sheffield, but its not something worn by Sheffield Police.

I believe its Sheffield Corporation (so local council).

Thanks both, I googled " Sheffield police collar badge" and a pair came up on a dealers site described as Sheffield Police.

The coat of arms was worn as a cap badge by Sheffield Corporation Tramways crewmen.
