Default Help to identify this please

Hi, am trying to identify this badge please, is very worn and on a belt buckle but hopefully is enough detail to still recognize it. Thanks in advance.

I would say at first glance 11th regiment of Foot - the Devonshire's? Possibly a shoulder plate/pouch badge? Do you have a picture of the whole badge & the back?

There's only one '1' in the centre of the badge.

Its a cast fashion item and not a military badge although clearly based on one.
