Austrian or German patches?

Can anyone identify the two units for me please? I assume by the German script that they are either Austrian or German units.
Tiger patch is the Recce Coy of the 7th ???? Bleiberg, but what does KpfUKp stand for on the 9th Panzer Grenadier Bn.
Any help would be appreciated

ÖBH = Österreichs Bundesheer

The Aufklärungskompanie was stationed in Bleiburg from 1994 until 2007.

Many thanks for the information you have kindly given, from which I see they are Austrian patches. I am also grateful for the link to the Austrian patch collection website. That is most useful, as are the translations of the letters at the top of the patches.
