Default HMS Severn New Paint Scheme

I know this is not about any badge, but just thought it was very cool to see a modern naval ship painted in the Western Approaches scheme.

Nice of them to leave the pennant number painted on the hull. Otherwise the enemy might not be able to identify it under that great camouflage job

Default "Dagger" badge worn on Captain's collar

They interview the Captain between 0:31 and 0:44, what is the "dagger" badge on his collar?

The dagger is new to me, but could elude to the completion of the Warfare Officer's specialist "dagger" course.
