A little help with Kuwaiti Military Items

Hello, I recently got these insignia from someone who was doing some work in Kuwait, a few years ago.

Would anyone happen to know what they are for?

Also does anyone know what the coin say by chance?
I have a similar to this one.

I know that the Green/Yellow are National Guard but would anyone happen to have clue about the cross rifles and the grenade?

I know I am asking for a lot but thank you everyone, who just reads over this thread.
