Default Dies for sale.

This was mentioned previously, but the vendor is flogging more "old dies".

Default Fake dies

Even though these are fake dies I bet some rat will buy them and then sell them on as originals, and some unsuspecting beginner will buy them, is there nothing anyone can do to stop this guy from not saying exactly what it is he is selling.this sort of thing really makes me sick.

I don't think they are all fake dies. I also think that the badge picture in the link is a stock type photo not the one made by the die.

The King's badge shown is the last pattern introduced in 2001. Larger than the anodised version with the KING'S scroll in English script, it was made in new/improved metals.

Not therefore a fake badge!

What I dont understand is why anyone would fork out £85 (inc. delivery) when he cant even be bothered to provide photographs of what you are buying?

How do you know what it is you actually get?

Your lot might only have 2 pieces in it and one of them could be a meaningless lump of brass.

Not for me.

regards

The improved metal badge was not die struck but fakes have been produced probably with these dies.

Exactly! I'd love to own at least one complete set of dies, but won't bid on these extremely vague offerings, apart from the fact that only UK bids are accepted.
