Default Stourbridge Crest - Military ?
A metal uniform badge from Stourbridge - but is it Military please? Plain back, so just the side fixings...

King Edward VI Grammar School Stourbridge. Presumably worn on school caps.

Issued to all pupils for sew on to school caps. 1920/30s. Non military

These sew on fittings are always for a school cap rather than military. K&K show a 'CCF' badge that is sew-on but I am sceptical.
