Default Insigne mystère

Bonjour à tous,

Voici cet objet trouvé dans une prairie dans l'Allier (France), une idée ?
En cuivre, pèse 9.42 grammes et mesure 4.5 cm de diamètre

Pouvez- vous m'en dire plus, l'origine, l'époque et l'utilité ?

The shape of the crown suggests a Queen Victoria period badge, which is outside my field of interest.

It seems that there has never been much British military presence in l'Allier?

It shows the British coat of arms which is found on military badges, if it is also found on civilian badges I do not know.
