Default Green Cap Covers

The publication of my Headdress book by the Military Historical Society has prompted an enquiry as to whether the Field Security Police ever wore a green cover on their SD cap.

I am led to believe that they have been referred to in print but I don't know where. Can anyone enlighten me?

Clearly there won't be a colour photo but is there any photo evidence of an FS unit with a cap cover?

Usual thoughts appreciated...

Jon
