Default Royal Anglian cap badge - John Bull clothing

Saw this on eBay from John Bull:

"made from brass base metal to MoD specifications. (NOT STAY-BRIGHT)"

At first I thought it was a New Metal version but this is on a shank and I believe NM are lugged. Also the towers are a different pattern.

So if not A/A and probably not NM, is it a "PRI pattern" badge or something else entirely? They have lots of them!

Thanks, EY

A lot of their other badges have the same description :

They don't say they are "official" badges , John Bull Military Clothing was established in Catterick Garrison in 1984.
