Does it say "RA"? "HA"? "TEA" "TCA"? Can't make it out.......

Having spent some time trying to read old writing and also trying to work out this type of monogram, I'll go with "K. A."

Suggestion: "A" for "Artillery"?

well, there was a Kent Militia Artillery… might be a match but a long shot.
