Heith,

It's 105 Regiment, Royal Artillery, worn on a 75 MM square of Hunting Ross tartan.

There is also the Canadian Scottish Regiment of the Canadian Royal Artillery that wear their badge on a 75 MM square od Hunting Stewart tartan with the red stripe going from upper left to lower right.
