Default Books on Badges Album

Can I just take a moment to thank Sean (Sapper533) for posting what looks like a comprehensive album showing a large range (70+) of "books on badges"

....a useful resource for anyone looking for a book on badges

Sean,
Magnificent effort. You are showing 143 titles. On a quick recount I reckon I have about 70 of them, but then my interests do not extend beyond the British Armed Forces!

Thanks
Tim

My problem is I'm a sucker for a badge book, my main interest is the British Regular Army, but I drift unfortunately. Also books like Cossum on Australian badges has a wonderful selection of Victorian proficiency badges, many of course similar to British ones, also my interest in Colonial badges makes me wonder off a bit too.
Sometime ago I downloaded a library app for about £10, its helped me to stop buying books I already have........just up to 2000 now but haven't included my late fathers books as I'm struggling to house them, and all on British Military History.
Good job I've got nothing else to do with my time.
Regards
Sean

A great effort and fine bibliography - I am a sucker for such books too. IF you have any obscure Commando histories in your father's books - it would be great to hear from you. They would find an appreciative home and of course due reimbursement would be made. BUT I totally understand it is an inheritance you may not wish to part with. You can not beat research for sure ... so much to learn. All the best - Mike

I am happy to send any member a PDF copy of the revised version of my book on Kings Liverpool Territorial, Volunteer and Cadet badges if they let me have their email address by a PM.

Also happy to welcome anyone with an interest to my Facebook group “ The Kings Liverpool Regiment “

By means of an update, Sean has been busy and added more images since I originally posted about this Album. The Album now records 148 images of badge, insignia and uniform related books and reference works... well worth a look if you haven't browsed this album yet.

(.....or another look if you haven't looked at it recently).
