Excellent graphics. However, the subordination probably needs checking to take account of Army 2020 reorganisation as for example 43 Wessex Brigade became 1 Artillery Brigade in December 2014.

It was a silly ideal at the time to merge everything into 1 Artillery Brigade and Headquaters Southwest was subsequently split out again and they adopted the Wyvern again. They administer all the cadets in their region.

I cant understand why Cornwall ACF still don't have any kind of TRF.
I have an image of the old TRF being worn on Combat 95s,the flag of St Piran(white cross on black background)with Cornwall ACF in yellow on it. CORNWALL above the horizontal white ,ACF below it. It would have been easy to attach them to the MTP blanking plate.
From the conversation I had with them,it seems there wasnt any plans to adopt one in the near future.

Have you seen any current cloth versions of the Wyvern Formation Badge?

No they are no longer a Brigade but commanded by a Colonel as Commander HQ South West.

The restructuring was aimed at reducing the number of 1*'s, the number of staff and reducing ranks, costs and headcount,

Alan,
Thank you. So the ACF poster is incorrectly showing 43 Wessex Brigade which was the point of my initial at post number 3.

Also 42 Infantry Brigade no longer exists!

Indeed. The 2 were sequential and there was a gap between the 43 Bde Wyvern and the HQ SW readoption of the design.

The 2 Channel Island badges have been added to the poster who I understand form S Company of the Dorset ACF.

I will raise the 43 Brigade question which is quite correct. the same situation may exist elsewhere inthe country.

Should the Adult TRF as worn on Right Arm be included as well? Perhaps at bottom next to Left Hand example...
