Default Lincoln Imp

Hi All
Just found this in a local flea market in South Africa, first one I have ever seen. I am not sure if it has been plated or if it is WM or silver, the lower lug has been replaced but it's still in good condition. It is 33mm high and quite solid construction. I only knew what it was from past posts here on the forum but when I searched I could only find one thread which didn't have much info. Can anyone give me more info. Thanks, cheers,
Alex

I've seen plenty of images of Lincoln tram crews but none showing the imp being worn. That's a new one on me.

Sorry to say but the WM/silver ones are not Lincolnshire Regiment Arm badges. They were only issued in GM.

Best regards Dean

Thanks for all the replies. Not disappointed, it was a great little find anyway. If it wasn't for the forum I would never have had a clue about what it was anyway!
Cheers,
Alex

I agree, a nice badge.
Here's the original Imp in Lincoln Cathedral.
