Caton-Woodville's "A Gentleman in Khaki" - much reproduced in print, porcelain, bronze - and I think that this little "scrap", about 5" tall is of painted celluloid

Yes it has been used in many many souvenir's…… He was the "Old Bill" of the Boer War..... Mike

Mention of Canadians reminded me that I have this, measures about 3' X 2' as does the Kitchener one, they're printed on a thick card. |
