Unknown Double Headed Eagle Object
Hi Everyone
I recently picked this up but through doing some research am finding conflicting information around the insignia at the top. Secondly, I have no idea what the items for, i initially thought some kind of frame but it has no ridge, plus it has a hoop which suggests it could be worn? Any information greatly appreciated. Size wise it's 2.5 inches in diameter. |

Looks similar to school/music award medallion 'pendant' (holder).
