Left to right RNZN Surface Warfare, Air Observer, Naval Aviator.

I agree with Flatdog
the first one is worn by Principal Warfare Officers and I know it as the Principal Warfare Badge
the second are Observer Aircrew wings, worn by Airborne Tactical Officer (TACCO) just a fancy name for Observer
The third are worn by RNZN Pilots
