A seller who wnats to retire? Why the huge price, I dont get it?

The lot has been listed for over a year.If all those pages are of the officer's time in S/A or ss there could be an opportunity to publish a book with unseen photo's.There's alot of big what if's if you can't view the lot before making a huge offer they would accept.
