SAS Blazer Badgesa were certainly worn right after the war. I have a photo of my Uncle, an original L-Detachment member with his younger brother about 1947 wearing one.

Default SAS Jeeps

Hi friends,

Before Simon Marsh auctioned his father's medals and insignia, he already sold some on Ebay. I have bought some insignia: (Egypt made wings, SAS titles, medal bar) and photographs.

Friends,

The SAS Association was raised right after WW2 and they organised dinners and reunions etc.

That is where the SAS Blazer badges originated.
