Default anyone know what this is ?

This was on ebay recently and was described as being Mersey Railway , Port Sunlight . But I really cant imagine that it is ... why would it have a King Crown and why would PSL stand for Port Sunlight , when Sunlight is one word ? Any help appreciated , thanks.

Whilst I can't identify the badge, I can confirm that it has nothing to do with Port Sunlight or the Mersey Railway.

My guess would be Personal Service League, a charity founded in the 1930s. Lots about the charity on Google. Queen Mary was the Leagues's patroness which might explain the MR (Mary Regina) at the top of the badge.
