Default Theatre Made Wings? How about Not Theatre Made Wings...

Saw this denim battledress jacket on ebay. Pretty unusual looking construction to the wings, as if they were painted with a stencil; not having seen this on older badges I wonder would it be a form of epoxy mixed with dye. Comments and education on the wings as well as the shoulder title and Pegasus please.
