Battle of Britain / London memorial coin
Hi All
I just picked up this 'coin'. It is about 60mm diameter and obviously a BoB memorial coin. There are quite a number on e*ay but little info. Can anyone give me some extra info, like when they were issued, etc. Thanks, cheers, Alex

Medal made in 1945 by the company John Pinches (Medallists) Ltd. to commemorate the assault on London in 1940-1941 and again in 1944.
Part of the proceeds for the sale of this medal went towards the RAF Benevolent Fund. They appear to have been made in various metals , including a "limited edition" silver one. .
