Lightbulb WW1 Volunteer War Worker badge identification

Hi All, Could anyone identify the badge on the lower right of the first image, unusual crown and not one I have seen before, the maker is J.r. Gaunt London.

It is known as a Naval coronet and can represent the sea in non military uses. The air equivalent is the Astral coronet. For land there is a Mural crown, with the number of crenellations signifying the area denoted.

Nice example and I've not seen the VW badges with blades before. Well done!

Thanks Patrick. Really interested to know the purpose of those blades. Collar /cap badges?

Clearly original but to what end?
