Default mystery formation patches, can anyone identify ?

Formation/ Divisional patches are an area I know little about and so when I recently acquired a small collection of these I had to delve through my books to find out what they were. Fortunately I could identify most of them, but there were a few which eluded me. Can anyone help ?

Thanks for that identification. I am not surprised about the Girl Guide badge as the collection was more of a hoard of odd unrelated items picked up by a youngster in the late 50s and early sixties. It included motor bike club badges, various oil company hand-out badges, British cinema kids loyalty club badges etc. All of these things pinned and crudely sewn onto a big piece of green felt. 40 years later this relic of a bygone age has resurfaced. It is very interesting to see what people hang onto.
