Default Pre WW I Australian Militia

Is this a pre WW I Australian Militia unit? If yes, can anyone identify them? Thank you.

The word "POLSKICH" on the flag in the background, translates into the English word POLISH, so not Australian Militia.

I believe this may be American as the flag in the background has the name 'Beaverfalls' in the lower right quadrant. Beaverfalls is in Pennsylvania.

Could it be the "Polish Falcons" or similar?

There were paramilitary fraternal organisations founded by emigre Poles living in America. Of course, their goal was a free and united Poland.

Recruitment records for the Polish army in France in WW1 show a lot of people with home addresses in the USA, including at least one from Beaverfalls
