The Inns of Court Reserve Corps did not wear collars, consequently you have two cap badges.

Similarly the BB Inns of Court VRC are cap badges which are found in both GM and BB.

I really don't know much about Lovat Scouts badges but I don't really like any of them except for maybe the small voided example. I hope I'm wrong.
Cheers,
Alex

The Inns of Court Reserve Corps was obviously a WW1 VTC.

The VRC badge is the pre-1908 14th Middlesex (Inns of Court) Volunteer Rifle Corps.

Neither formation were Yeomanry.

Nice picture of your grandfather wearing the Tudor Crown Inns of Court OTC collar badge.

He was born in 1901 (his Great Grandson born in 2001)..... and went on to be in the RAOC in WW2 (MID/Monty). Headmaster in civy street.

I have this one. (But probably shouldn’t!)

See OC14 post for more detail:

Also a ‘new metal’ version. King's Own Yorkshire Yeomanry (Light Infantry) - 1996-1999.
An elegant badge with no known NSN but a batch of 600 was made by FIRMIN of which 200 were converted into belt plate badges with flat short lugs.
