Jewish Brigade
Any thoughts on originality?
These came in a big lot of mostly allied insignia gathered by a young boy in Belgium 1944/1945. I bought them from his grandson. All other look original to my so I expect these are too! |

I included a picture of the lot, as you can see mostly British but also US, German and Belgian.
The tartan I have yet to identify, can't reach my reference books at the moment |

I would guess Douglas tartan as worn, on its point, by the Cameronians.

Any idea on value for the Jewish Brigade insignia? (Not for sale)

Lovely lot you have there. As far as the Jewish Brigade pieces are concerned, although rare (but not overly so) , I would suggest that they're not worth the 200+ that has been asked of them of late.
