The Large Army Ordnance Corps Cap Badge

Is there a known period of use for the Large AOC badge? K&K have a start date as 1896, but when was it replaced by the smaller one?

Several Corps references give this as 1907 where the matching collar badges are also replaced with the shield without scroll.
