RAOC Shoulder Flashes
Can anyone advise what years these type of shoulder flashes were worn and with what form of dress?

Postwarden will know precise dates of introduction, but worn on BD from c 1942 to the late 1940s, maybe even early 1950s. Individuals and units will have dispensed with these printed titles as soon as the embroidered versions were to hand. Mike

Known by the Army as 'Titles, Arm, Printed' the introduction of this style of title was announced in an Army Council Instruction dated 12th June 1943.
They were widely worn by October that year. Printed titles were the only officially issued ones until 1947 when embroidered examples were introduced. The records of the Ministry of Supply held by the National Archives at Kew record the first order for embroidered RAOC titles being placed in May 1947. As Mike points out the printed titles were not liked and were often replaced by privately-purchased embroidered examples, the majority of which appear to be of the variety usually know as pastebacks.
