It is the Pipers badge of 19th Regt. RA, The Scottish Gunners.

Would it be possible to include these 2 badges in the Piper's Badges project?
Thanks. Cheers,

Could it simply be Clan Pipers Plaid Broach? As I would have expected Ubique (Everywhere) than 'FORWARD' for the RA

I have seen an R.A. Pipers wbc with "Forward" over a field gun.
