I have a fairly modern example of the lugged RWF badge , where the lugs are the ends of a "C" shaped bar fitted across the back of the flames, rather than two separate lugs. The same F&S mark is found on the upper left rim of the ball. Rather than in the central area.
But i did notice that the example shown the scroll work is fitted with four studs whereas the later is only two.
