Default PMRAFNS

This is the only example of what seems to be a Princess Mary’s Royal Air Force Nursing Service (PMRAFNS) blazer badge that I’ve seen.

It belonged to a Matron who join the service in Feb 1932, retiring in April 1947. She was based in Palestine during 1935 - 1938.

Interested to hear of other examples.

Looks like a lovely piece! I can't see any stitch holes on my PC, so maybe she never wore it?

It’s in near perfect condition, and you are right Terry it looks like it was never worn. It came with her medals many years ago which were also in near mint condition.
