Default RND Machine Gun Badge

Hello, I have had for some years a RND MGC badge, I have my doubts about it the JR Gaunt & Sons London plaque set in the crown is round instead of the usual oblong item and the slider appears newish, any opinions? Their is a RND thread with this badge but it doesn’t show the badge reverse.
Thanks for any help.
Richard

Hello Richard,

Looks as though you may have inadvertently posted this twice:

Hello Richard - I agree with the post in your other thread - not an original in my limited opinion, for the reasons stated there. Members often refrain from posting images of correct reverse as it gives yet more fuel to fakers ... they no doubt monitor this site for information, despite being unwelcome. I hope this makes sense - Regards Mike

This badge is a fake for so many reasons.

The genuine ones were home-made using RND s/ts.
The plaque is fake.
The slider is too long.
etc etc.
