Does anyone know what colour, if any, eppaulette loops were worn by 15 and 16 Para battalions c1945/6?

Default Indian Parachute Battalions

Lee,

As far as I am aware epaulette slips were not worn by the parachute battalions in India. I have a red lanyard which was identified as being from 15th Parachute Battalion and a record that 16th Battalion wore a green and red lanyard.

Best regards,

Andy
